Anyways, Thanks for making the efforts ! We are SURE a careful reading of hereunder will enhance your chances MANIFOLD with our Executive Search Practice !

The process we follow is as under  :

*** FOR PRESENT POSITIONS

1) EACH position we handle is given a UNIQUE Job Reference, described in detail and then advertised at our Website as well as other websites. This Job Reference starts with "JX" and identifies the position in our records.

2) All our ads INVARIABLY tell people to do a "Self Evaluation" first and then CALL the "Handler" of the position in who is clearly identified in the Advertisement.

3) When candidates call us, we ask first the Job Reference  and its Title and then discuss their profile with reference to THAT JOB only. In case we see some possibilities of fitment, we advise them the E-mail id  to mail their CV on as well as the additional details needed for us to reach their CV fastest. Time is ALWAYS of essence and scarceand hence it is VERY Important that Suitable People CALL US else their E-mails may just be lost in the high mail traffic we have and the position may well be closed via another candidate !

Such E-mails will be attended first by us and we will respond to them within 2-4 working days ! Given the E-mail clutter and the time factor, in many cases these will be the ONLY E-mails we will be able to attend before the position closes !

Please note that whenever a Candidate calls, (s)he will be asked the Job Reference and the Job Title (s)he is interested in before we can proceed any further.

*** SENDING CVs FOR OUR " DATABASE/ FUTURE CONTACT "

Normally, we do NOT keep a CV with us unless we are developing / have developed a case for the candidate ( which is a very elaborate process and a candidate would be well aware of the efforts we are making  ). Hence, should you wish to avail of FUTURE  suitable possibilities with us the best ways are :

a) Find our Job Advertisements and then contact the Handler as explained in # 3 above.

b) Register FREE with our Job Mail Service at :

People registered with us are frequently E-mailed Positions we handle which correspond to their choices.

*** MEETING US

While we are happy to meet with candidates since it helps both the candidates and us, we need to have a CLEAR  focus beforehand so that the meeting is fruitful. What this generally means is that :
- We should be having a possible position at that time where the Candidate could fit in
- Our discussions with the Candidate reconfirm this assessment and the Candidates' interest in that position.
Then, as part of our Standard Procedure, such Candidates are INVITED  to meet us. ALL meetings are with Prior Appointment only.
